We are prepared to bring you a level of service that can be found at our sister properties - Bull Run Golf Club, Old Hickory Golf Club and Raspberry Falls Golf & Hunt Club. Our lodge style clubhouse can accommodate groups of 50 to 175. We understand that today you have many choices for your event, but with over 50 years of experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events we are prepared to deliver a truly memorable experience for your golf outing.

Professional Tournament Management to include announcements, rules sheets, personalized cart signs, scorecards and post play scoring

To Customize your Packages

One of the most important parts of your outing is the food and beverages that you provide for your guests. We have an extensive menu of possibilities, including breakfast or lunch served at our clubhouse or on the links and lunch and dinner buffets that can serve as the basis for an awards banquet. We also have an assortment of beverage plans, including service to golfers from our beverage carts.

Pricing for your Golf Tournament or Outing

Pricing for your event varies pending on time of year and day of week preference. We host Shotgun Events Monday – Friday both in the Morning and Afternoon. Saturdays and Sundays are available as well, times vary. Our schedule for events fills up quickly, so call now to reserve your special day!
