START TIME: 8:30 Shotgun Start

FORMAT: Individual Stroke Play using the Callaway Scoring System (play your own ball).

TEES: Participants will play holes 1-6 from the Red tees, holes 7-12 will be played from the White tees, and holes 13-18 will be played from the Blue tees.

(includes golf, cart fee, range balls, prizes, lunch and service charges)

SCORING: Each Competitor must record their gross score for each hole and total their 18-hole round. The player will then have his/her score adjusted using the Callaway Scoring System.

RULES: USGA rules are in effect unless noted otherwise. If you are in doubt to a procedure, please play two balls and the ruling will be resolved before you sign your scorecard.

PARTICIPANTS BE ADVISED:

1. Prizes will be awarded 1st through 4th place. All ties will be decided by a scorecard playoff.

2. Please turn your scorecard in immediately upon the completion of play.

3. There will be awards and food served immediately following play.
